Otters have long been one of my favourite predators—elusive, playful, and full of character. Over the years, with careful planning, patience, persistence, and a little luck (plus the help of others), I’ve been fortunate enough to spot them along the west coast of Scotland, including Mull and Harris. Otter Photography is frustrating at times, but patience and persistence is rewarded with a marvellous experience and sometimes a photographic memory to treasure.

Please note: due to its delicate surface, extra care is recommended when handling Hahnemühle Photorag prints. While Photorag is ideal for mounting, its cotton texture means the edges can fray if not handled with care.
